Amazon KDP Listed on Tormah.org Over Alleged Continued Book Sales Without Author Authorization and Unresolved Royalty Accounting
THIS IS A GLOBAL PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY REVIEW
“The continued sale, distribution, listing, translation, or marketing of my books without my authorization may constitute copyright infringement and may also raise separate claims for unpaid royalties, breach of contract, accounting, conversion, or unauthorized commercial use.”

Author Accountability Statement:
An author’s worst nightmare is not simply losing access to a publishing account. It is seeing their work remain publicly listed, sold, distributed, or promoted while they are denied access to sales records, denied a complete royalty accounting, and left unpaid for royalties allegedly owed. Marcail Parker states that her book was listed on Amazon for approximately 15 years and that she has not received a single royalty payment connected to those listings. Tormah.org requests that Amazon provide a complete written accounting, identify all sales channels, explain the basis for continued listings, and pay any royalties or compensation legally and contractually owed.
An authors work is not for free. Selling a book without an author's permission is stealing!
PLEASE SUPPORT AUTHORS’ RIGHTS
Authors deserve protection, payment, and respect for their creative work. When books are sold, distributed, or promoted without proper authorization or royalty payment, it threatens every writer’s right to control and benefit from their own work.
Please stand with authors and help bring attention to the serious issue of alleged copyright infringement, unpaid royalties, and unauthorized use of creative property.
