This decision was not made lightly. It came after DCT experienced months of serious website access and hosting issues while using GoDaddy services, including loss of admin access, technical delays, unresolved support concerns, and damage to the customer base we spent five years building.
BBB complaint data added another layer to that decision. In our review, GoDaddy showed more than 1,900 BBB complaints over a three-year period, while SiteGround showed far fewer complaints during the same type of review. Complaint volume alone does not prove every customer will have the same experience, but it is a risk signal every business owner should pay attention to before choosing a hosting company.
